1. Promotion Overview
- The Independence Day Cashback Offerrewards eligible new and existing clients with cashback on qualifying deposits made during the promotional period.

2. Eligibility
This promotion is available to:
- New and existing clients who fund a live trading account during the promotional period.
- Clients making fresh deposits or re-deposits.
- Important: Internal transfers between trading accounts are not considered eligible deposits and will not qualify for cashback.
3. Deposit Requirements
- Minimum qualifying deposit: $100 USD
- Deposits must be made during the promotional period to qualify.
4. Cashback Structure
Cashback is determined by the deposit amount and transaction structure:

Important Transaction Condition
- To qualify for the 10% Cashback, the full qualifying amount of $1,000 USD or more must be deposited in a single transaction.
- If a deposit is made through multiple transactions and trading begins after the first transaction, only 5% Cashback will apply, even if the combined deposits subsequently reach or exceed $1,000 USD.
Example: If a client deposits $700 and begins trading, then later deposits another $300, the client will remain eligible for 5% Cashback, not 10%.
Offer Exclusion
- This promotion cannot be combined with the ongoing 20% Tradable Bonus.
5. Cashback Withdrawal Conditions
The cashback amount becomes eligible for withdrawal once the required trading volume has been completed.
Trading Requirement
- 5 standard lots per $100 USD of deposit.
Example: A $1,000 USD deposit requires 50 standard lots of trading volume before the cashback can be withdrawn.
If the initial deposit is withdrawn before the required trading volume is completed, the cashback will be revoked and removed from the account.
6. Abuse & Misuse Policy
Uniglobe Markets reserves the right to review all promotional activity and take action against any misuse of the offer.
Cashback may be cancelled or revoked in cases involving:
- Exploitative or non-genuine trading strategies designed primarily to obtain promotional benefits.
- Collusion between clients, affiliates, IBs, or Money Managers.
- Fraudulent, deceptive, manipulative, or otherwise abusive activity.
If promotional abuse is confirmed:
- Cashback and any related profits may be forfeited.
- The client’s account may be suspended or permanently closed.
7. Risk Disclosure
- Trading leveraged financial instruments involves significant risk and may result in substantial losses, including losses that may exceed your initial investment.
- Clients should carefully consider their financial circumstances and trading experience before participating.
- By participating in this promotion, clients acknowledge and accept the risks associated with leveraged trading.
8. General Terms & Conditions
- By registering, funding an account, or participating in this promotion, clients confirm their acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
- Uniglobe Markets reserves the right to modify, suspend, extend, or cancel the promotion at its sole discretion, subject to applicable requirements.
- Uniglobe Markets reserves the right to determine the eligibility of deposits and promotional participation.
- In the event of any suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms & Conditions, Uniglobe Markets may revoke promotional benefits and take appropriate action on the account.
