• The quiz is available till the final match of the TATA IPL 2023, and anyone (New and existing user) can take part in this quiz.
• This quiz is a guess and win quiz, user can guess the winner through the website www.uniglobemarkets.com only, and first guess of the particular user will be accepted.
• The guess/answers will be accpeted every wednesday, sunday, semi finals and final before the toss of that match.
• The user who guess right winner of the match, willl get the chance to recieve 10USD into live trading account. And it will be for trading purpose only, user can withdraw a maximum profit of upto $50.
• After the match, winners can claim their 10USD by contacting to backoffice team([email protected]), and only verified clients can claim the amount next day of the match otherwise client will not be entitled to the amount(10USD).
• The amount will be available in the winner’s Live account for 14 days from the date of claiming after that amount will be automatically deducted from the account.
• A user can take part as many times he/she can, but if user already has 10USD prize amount into the account then he/she can’t claim the amount again.
• Internal Transfers are not eligible of the quiz amount.
• Uniglobe Markets is offering this Quiz to its clients on the condition that the client comply with the terms and conditions at all times, acts in good faith to this Quiz, should not abuse this quiz by establishing a trading position or positions which have the sole purpose or effect of extracting the amount provided, or the profits generated by the quize amount. The client hedging his positions including, without limitations, holding open position or positions on one side direction at given periods internally (using other trading accounts with Uniglobe Markets) or externally (trading accounts held with other brokers).
• If Uniglobe Markets suspects or has reason to believe that a client (whether individually or as a part of a group) has failed to comply with the terms and conditions of this quiz, Uniglobe Markets is entitled at its sole discretion to (i) deny, withhold or withdraw from the client the quiz amount (ii) to block the Client’s account (iii) to terminate the Client’s access to Uniglobe markets services (iv) to terminate the contract between Uniglobe Markets and the Client’s account (v) to cancel any profits generated by abusing the terms and conditions.
• Uniglobe Markets has the right to unilaterally modify, change or terminate this quiz or any of the terms and conditions of this quiz, or any policies it applies in the exercise of its discretion under this offer at any time, without the client’s consent.
